  • The clinic accepts card and cash payments at the time of the appointment. We do not currently accept cheques.

  • We have onsite parking available in front of the clinic for our customers. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early or leave your car there after the appointment as spaces are limited.

  • The clinic has had a very strict cleaning routine prior to the pandemic, however this will now be increased to ensure all contact surfaces are cleaned thoroughly between appointments.

    Podiatry equipment, as always, is completely sterilised after each customer use.

  • We kindly ask you to sanitise your hands on arrival to the clinic. If you prefer, we have hand washing facilities available. With permission, we will also quickly take your temperature on arrival.

  • All our team will be wearing masks, aprons and gloves during their full working day. We request, where possible, you also wear a mask whilst inside the clinic. If you arrive without a mask, and would like one, just ask and we will be happy to give you one.

  • Cold, High temperature, Cough, Loss or change in your sense of smell or taste. No need to panic we will still be here for your when you start feeling better. But for now, please do not visit the clinic and let us know so we can reschedule your appointment without a cancellation fee.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise that cannot be helped, however we now have to implement a 24 hour cancellation policy. Without symptoms, any appointments cancelled within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of your booked appointment. These charges will be applied to your next appointment. The charge will be waived if we manage to fill the slot.
